ABSTRACT
Probit models of credit participation, formal access and credit constraint among low-income households in Barangay 571, Sampaloc, drawing on financial dualism, credit rationing and social capital. Participation is high — driven by insufficient income and exposure to shocks — but formal access stays limited.
