Surveys Mendiola Consortium students on the clarity and enforcement of institutional anti-smoking policy, modelling perceived effectiveness against demographic and socio-economic profile with ordinal logistic regression. Framed by consumer choice, rational addiction, the Health Belief Model and institutional theory.
