ABSTRACT
Combines cost-benefit analysis with the Technology Acceptance Model to judge a school solar PV installation on both financial and stakeholder terms. On actual capital and maintenance costs the NPV and IRR are negative; on literature-based cost assumptions both turn positive — the gap being the finding.
